ALUMNI SURVEY

Calling all LMT Alumni! We created a survey so YOU can tell us about your engagement with LMT and what you would like to see moving forward. Help us shape the next 3 years by clicking here and sharing your thoughts. The survey will take about 10 minutes and the deadline is Friday, March 29th, thank you in advance!

Important financial update!

Leadership Montana needs your help now to continue our mission.

Leadership Montana has a 20 – year commitment to leadership development and civil discourse across our state. In those 20 years, the Leadership Montana experience has made an important impact on our communities as we expanded programming with intense focus on our mission: building a better Montana through knowledge, collaboration, and civility! In these times of great division, we know our mission is as critical to Montana today as it was 20 years ago.

The past several years brought significant changes and challenges to our organization as well as an opportunity to do a deep review of our programming, commitments, and finances. At almost 1,000 alumni strong, we’ve reached more leaders in Montana, built opportunities for legislators to participate in Gracious Space and had dozens of important community conversations about issues confronting our communities and state.

During our review, we also identified emergent challenges in our financial condition that now call us to action. To date, we have reduced our annual expenses by 20% by closing physical offices, modifying service contracts, streamlining our program costs, and decreasing our staff. We do not take these decisions lightly. Our Board is giving at 100% and each one is increasing their annual giving this year.

We are asking you, our Leadership Montana family, to help us meet our goal by providing additional financial support this year. Our goal now through the end of our fiscal year, June 30th, is $1,000,000. Will you help us now to sustain the future of Leadership Montana?

Please join us in ensuring that Leadership Montana will continue to provide high quality programming and connections for alumni and our future leaders. Thank you in advance for your support! If you would like to connect, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to hearing from you.
