Core Values: Connection, Curiosity, Growth, Health, Gratitude
As Program Manager at Leadership Montana, Kass Thompson helps design and facilitate leadership experiences that support Montanans in growing as individuals, showing up with authenticity, and strengthening their communities.
Kass is a graduate of Montana State University, where she studied neuroscience and developed a fascination with how people think, connect, and lead. That curiosity led her to leadership development work – and continues to shape the way she approaches building strong, inclusive communities.
She brings experience in nonprofit leadership, program development, and community engagement. Kass co-founded English Para Todos, a local nonprofit offering English and skill-building classes for immigrants, and spent several years with the MSU Leadership Institute, where she facilitated dozens of transformative leadership experiences for students and professionals.
Kass is passionate about creating spaces where people feel grounded, challenged, and inspired to grow. Whether she’s designing new programs, building community partnerships, or facilitating moments of connection, she brings compassion, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose to everything she does.
She lives in Bozeman and finds joy in yoga, dancing, hiking, and gathering with the people she loves. She’s honored to be part of a team committed to building a more connected, resilient, and collaborative Montana.
