An award to recognize a Leadership Montana Alumnus/Alumna who has had a significant impact at the local or state level and demonstrates outstanding leadership in keeping with and expanding the Leadership Montana philosophy and serves as an example for others.

Courtney lives the principles of Leadership Montana each and every day. Through her work in Butte, Montana and the nation, Courtney exemplifies the values of Leadership Montana. I have had the honor to watch her work on several occasions, and I could not be more proud of her accomplishments. Headframe Spirits is a vibrant business. They are providing employment opportunities and are a positive example to all in Butte and Montana. She believes that a rising ocean lifts all ships and works hard to help others.

An award to recognize and promote Alumni service to support Leadership Montana. Awardee will be a Leadership Montana Alumnus/Alumna who has used his or her leadership skills, knowledge and resources to benefit Leadership Montana.

Jim is passionate about everything, especially Montana. Over the last three years, Jim’s service to Leadership Montana has been strong and understated. He served as the Chair of the Kalispell Confluence Committee in 2018 and traveled to Miles City to observe the 2017 event. He led the 2018 Confluence Committee to the most financially successful event in Leadership Montana history. He has also become a significant sponsor of Leadership Montana, showing his investment not just with his time, but with his resources. He is a Gracious Space Affiliate Trainer, member of the 2019 Masters Class, and has recently agreed to chair the Men’s Leadership Forum planning committee. His passion for and service to Leadership Montana can not be denied.
