Jen Davis is an alumna of the Leadership Montana Class of 2009 and is grateful to work with Leadership Montana alumni across the state every day.  She has left every interaction with LMT alumni inspired and hopeful for the future of building a better Montana. Jen is a certified facilitator of Gracious Space and The Leadership Challenge®.  

The Idaho-born, Carroll College graduate chose Montana as her home for the big skies, open spaces, friendly people, and community. The mountain views and big sky vistas feel like home. Her career has focused on building partnerships that benefit the greater community. 

Jen, husband Tim, and son Cameron enjoy experiencing all the outdoor seasons of Montana. Most weeks they can be found with friends enjoying a Montana adventure of skiing, fishing, boating, or mountain biking. When not in the mountains, they enjoy the state’s vibrant music, arts, and cultural opportunities.

Word: Balance 

Sound: Silence, with a light ruffle of aspen tree leaves and a faint bird song. And my son laughing. 

Book: Gifts of Imperfection, Brene Brown

Holiday: Christmas 

Movie: Anything with a happy cheesy ending that even if I have watched multiple times, I have an amazing ability to forget the actual ending, so it is a happy surprise every time. Most likely inspirational sports theme or Rom Com. 

Song: Hallelujah 

Montana scene: Majestic mountains met by valleys or plains. There is something about that ease in that makes the mountain feel approachable and welcoming.
