CELEBRATE

As we prepare to graduate our 13^th class next week, we have a lot to celebrate at Leadership Montana. This is also a natural time to look back at how much we’ve accomplished with each passing year.

Celebrate our Past.

Bruce Whittenberg with the Tom Scott will be receiving our Lifetime Leadership Award at our annual dinner in Billings. As our original executive director from 2003 to 2011, Bruce has impacted not only the classes that he leads, but every class since. His influence remains strong throughout our program and his vision attributes greatly to our stellar reputation as the premier leadership organization in Montana.

Celebrate our Present.

Forty-four Montana leaders met as strangers in Big Sky last September. This month they meet for a final session, but now as a family. Together, the Class of 2017 has shown us with each session that they are committed to our mission of building a better Montana – and have had a lot of fun along the way. The past eight months have provided all of us an incredible opportunity. Opportunity to grow our knowledge, our ability to collaborate, and our dedication to civility.

Springtime means planning at Leadership Montana! This is my favorite time of year as our Board of Governors, Anna and I meet to set the strategic vision for our organization. We have a lot happening right now, including the development of a next level experience for alumni and much more. Stay tuned!
