CONFLUENCE

Confluence means flowing together. In a literal sense, it’s about rivers (something we revere in Montana). But it’s more often used to talk about the coming together of people and ideas. And that’s why we hold our annual signature event, The Confluence…to come together and share ideas. To listen to each other. To learn from each other. And to sharpen our leadership tools. To listen. To learn. And to lead.

We are excited to announce that The Confluence will be held in Miles City September 21 – 22. Join with community leaders from all industries and communities across Montana to explore the richness of eastern Montana.

During these two days, we will explore opportunities and challenges facing the region. Our theme, “Reinvention,” will focus on innovations in agriculture, nonprofit organizations filling community needs, and the unique culture and history of eastern Montana.

Our committee has been working hard creating an impressive agenda for you that will also include a conversation around the impact of the devastating fires this summer.
