Listening and Learning

At Leadership Montana, our mantra is Listen, Learn, Lead. Last month at Flagship Session 5 in Billings, the class of 2025 was listening to area leaders and taking it all in. Watching the round table discussions and observing them connecting with each other during our Gracious Space and Leading in Montana lessons, their neurons were firing! Coupled with the session survey results, it’s obvious this group is engaged, forming strong relationships, and learning valuable skills to continue leading. With only two sessions left, graduation is near! Please come join us at Celebrate Montana on June 7th at the Wilma Theater in Missoula to welcome this new class to our LMT Family. As my first class, I think they are pretty special, and I promise you’ll want to meet them. Tickets will sell quickly, so get yours today.

By practicing what we preach, we, too, are listening and learning. In the last month, almost 100 of you have answered our alumni survey. Thank you! There is a lot of data and we’ll keep combing through to learn what you want in an alumni experience and how you want to re-engage or stay connected. For other upcoming opportunities to connect, join us for our first 406 Day! This is a virtual event where we will all gather to reconnect as a group and then by class in breakout rooms. Our friends at Leadership Wyoming have enjoyed gathering for 307 Day for years, so we’re giving it a try. Since 4/06 is on a Saturday this year, we’re gathering on Friday, April 5th, at noon.
