LMT Family Now 957 Strong

Message from Executive Director Kelly Heaton

Graduation is one of my favorite moments of the year. It’s a chance to pause, to celebrate, and to recognize not just what has been completed, but what has been built. With our 51 Flagship graduates, our LMT alumni family is now 957 members strong!

To our Flagship and Masters graduates: Congratulations.

You said yes to something that asked more of you than time on a calendar. You showed up with curiosity, with openness, and with a willingness to be challenged. And along the way, you didn’t just learn—you practiced. You practiced listening when it wasn’t easy. You practiced staying in conversations that mattered. You practiced leading with intention. And that matters.

Because leadership—real leadership—isn’t about having the right answers. It’s about how you show up in spirit and how you learn in public. It’s about your ability to build trust, to bridge differences with the stranger, and to keep moving forward even when things feel uncertain.

To our Flagship class: this may be your first step into this community, but it’s a meaningful one. You’ve built a strong foundation—of relationships, of skills, and of perspective. You’ve stepped into rooms and conversations that asked you to see beyond your own experience, and you did that with courage and care.

To our Masters class: you chose to come back. You chose to go deeper. That says something. You’ve taken what you learned before and stretched it further—refining your leadership, strengthening your voice, and continuing to do the work that leadership truly requires.

Both paths matter. And together, you represent something powerful—a community of leaders committed to doing things differently.

So as you move forward, the invitation is simple: Keep going

Keep showing up with curiosity.
Keep choosing connections.
Keep doing the work of bridge building, even when it’s uncomfortable.

We are proud of you. We are grateful for you. And we are excited to see what you do next.
