Enough has been reminisced about all that challenged us during this unusual year, and now we pause to focus on the gifts we have received in 2020. I recently posted to social media asking what gifts you found in the chaos, what great things happened to you. With each response, my gratitude for the good grew, much like the heart of the Grinch. In summary, the collective “we” counted these among the gifts of 2020…
When the calendar turns to January 1, the difficulties of this year will not become a memory, nor should they. We are still navigating life amidst a global pandemic, economic uncertainty, and growing social and political divides. The New Year holds promises of little, except even more opportunities to listen, learn, and lead.
There will be countless gifts to discover in ourselves and those around us if we keep our eyes and minds open to them. As always, we are here to help you lead through whatever comes your way.
Be well and lead well,
