The need is clear…

As we look back over the past year at Leadership Montana, I am continually amazed at the impact that this organization makes on Montana. This year, we launched our long-awaited new alumni program, Masters Class, and we are growing our public offerings including specialized educational experiences. Along with continuing to facilitate our flagship program at an extraordinary high-level, these new programs are made possible thanks to the continued support of our alumni across the state and beyond.

By now you should have received your copy of the Annual Report which shares more about our accomplishments this past year including the many ways in which alumni are connecting to Leadership Montana by attending events, volunteering on committees, and making charitable donations. We are enthusiastic about the future because of you and the impact that you have on our important work.

We live in divisive times, and civility can be hard to find. Our society needs us to listen more closely, to disagree more agreeably, and to forge connections that withstand contentious rhetoric. Our state needs Leadership Montana and the unique ways that we bridge divides by building relationships.

The need is clear, and that is why we seek your support. The majority of our annual operating funds are donated through individual gifts, foundation grants, and corporate sponsorships. Tuition fees cover only half of our various programming costs, leaving the rest to be raised through our many fundraising efforts.

As an esteemed graduate or participant of our program, we hope you will consider a charitable donation to help sustain our mission of developing leaders committed to building a better Montana.
