It has been a very busy October at Leadership Montana as we launched both our new website and our annual fundraising campaign. By now, you should have received a copy of our 2016-2017 Annual Report. We are very proud of the work we are all doing to ensure that our organization continues to provide significant leadership development in Montana.

This year more than ever our alumni have given back to our organization in meaningful and valuable ways. You have presented to the Class or at The Confluence. You have attended our events and workshops in your local communities. You have volunteered on committees and in the office.

You are an important reason why Leadership Montana is thriving today and you have our immense gratitude.

The success of our work does not lie in one person or group alone. The success of Leadership Montana takes all of us working together with a common vision for building a better Montana.

Together, we create exceptional learning experiences for our Class and opportunities for alumni to build deeper relationships with each other. Together, we build a strong sense of civility and collaboration in our communities, workplaces, and homes. And together, we fund Leadership Montana so that this experience can continue year after year.
