Masters Class ReflectionSession 2Josh Pallister, Helena, Class of 202 and Masters 2023
One of the things I love about Leadership Montana is the adventurous attitude that it promotes. It is an intellectual leadership adventure that inspires and energizes. The difference between being bold and being reckless is the ability to turn risk into opportunity. LMT grows the skills and knowledge necessary to be bold, and the Masters class is no exception. Another one of my favorite aspects of the Masters class is that it promotes more than just personal growth. Certainly, our journey with LMT involves personal growth on many levels, but always with the mindset of helping others grow while we are on our leadership journey. The journey is more important than the goal, and how we show up on our journey matters. Authentic leadership thrives in the presence of meaningful relationships. As might be expected, the Masters class provides more opportunities to network. There is so much more to it than that, though. The gracious space, personal connections, and caring approach have transformed LMT into a family. Stepping into the Masters class has been nothing short of a homecoming! I can’t wait to be back with my adventurous, growth-oriented family in our next session! |
